研究方向

本實驗室主要研究方向為利用神經細胞培養(初代培養大鼠皮質神經細胞、神經細胞株等)、分子細胞生物技術、動物模式(阿茲海默症基因轉殖小鼠)探討中樞神經系統疾病,包括慢性神經退化性疾病(如阿茲海默症)與急性神經系統損傷(如缺血性腦中風)等之基因表達、訊息傳遞、細胞自噬作用、與細胞凋亡等機制,並測試具神經保護功能的蛋白質與藥物。
